Teams of Our Lady is a global Christian lay movement that aims to enhance the spiritual lives of married couples who desire to live their marriages sacramentally.

A team is made up of 4 to 6 couples whose marriages are recognized by the Catholic Church. The team meets once a month, rotating from one home to another.

During the meeting, the team shares a simple meal, and engages in personal sharing about the previous month, prayer, sharing on the team's endeavors, and a discussion topic.

The team becomes a tight-knit community that can inspire one another through their living examples of faith, and share their struggles and successes on their journey to holiness.
