DAY FOR LIFE 2010 - Lord, for your faithful people, life is changed, not ended. Day for Life, Sunday 25 July, is the day the Catholic Church in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland dedicates to celebrating the dignity of human life from conception to natural death. This year the theme is the meaning of Christian death and care for those who are dying. There will be a second collection after all Masses on the weekend 24/25 July. The proceeds will assist the work of the Anscombe Bioethics Centre (formerly Linacre Centre for Healthcare Ethics) and other life-related activities supported by the Church. Gift aid envelopes are available for those who are UK taxpayers. Please take and read a copy of the Day for Life 2010 booklet. |
